RETURNS

You can return the ordered goods within 7 calendar days after receiving them. Goods must be in their original condition, with all labels and consumer properties intact, and must be accompanied by a purchase confirmation document (receipt or payment system printout with payment details) for proper quality returns. Unfortunately, used goods cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Depending on your bank or payment system, it may take up to 30 days to process the refund to the original payment method.
